I’m Manju Andersson, a 1985-born individual who’s life began in Bangalore, India. Nevertheless, my journey quickly transitioned to the serene landscapes of Stockholm, Sweden, where I became part of a new family in 1988 through adoption. I am a friendly and empathic individual that people usually find easy to connect with. I often discover common ground with those I interact with, thanks to my diverse range of interests. While I’ve been a sole driver for the majority of my projects, I’ve collaborated with developers when implementing more advanced features beyond my individual development capabilities. What's your dream position?
I am an individual whose thoughts extend far beyond conventional limits and my ideal position would be where I’m not only permitted but also valued for my aspirations to dream big. I derive satisfaction from introducing innovative ideas and pushing the boundaries of what is currently deemed possible. Finding a companion who sees the value in this mindset and supports my endeavors to surpass limits is where I would genuinely feel at home!
What skill do you currently lack but wish you had?
I strongly desire the ability to perform advanced programming. Despite possessing a solid understanding of coding and the capacity to execute intermediate implementations, the ability to undertake complex coding tasks would empower me to realize a much greater extent of my visions.
Do you prefer working on new projects for a short duration or staying long-term on the same ones?
I enjoy both starting new projects and perfecting the ones I currently work on. It comes down to how much time can be spent on perfecting a current project, as I prefer a project to reach its full potential and quality before moving on.
Do you have any plans on moving to the US?
Yes, my plan is actually to move to the US as soon as I find a good arrangement for it. Therefore, it would be beneficial if I could get in touch with a company that sees this as a positive step in our collaboration.
Have you made mistakes that you've learned from throughout your journey?
I’ve encountered challenges and made mistakes throughout all my projects, but each misstep has served as a valuable lesson that I carry forward into future projects.
Nevertheless, there are instances where more substantial mistakes have occurred. One notable example is when I diligently prepared a complex online store, positioning it 2-3 months ahead of its scheduled launch, only to be confronted with the onset of the Covid pandemic. Instead of abandoning the project and redirecting my efforts, I persevered and completed the store, which unfortunately did not yield favorable results.
Have you taken an MBTI test?
Yes, I took the test out of curiosity when a friend asked me to, and I’ve done it a few more times to ensure the results were consistent. I always knew I was different but didn’t fully realize how much until I delved into statistics.
After extensive investigation and insights from others, along with reflecting on my history, the way I think, work, and function, it’s undeniable that I’m a complex combination of three rare MBTI personality types:
- ENFJ-A: The most empathic personality type with the highest Emotional Intelligence, constituting around 2% of the population.
- INTP-A: The most Logically Intelligent personality type with the highest IQ, making up around 3% of the population.
- ESTP-A: The most hardworking and visionary personality type, comprising around 4% of the population.
Being a blend of these three types makes me an extremely unique individual. However, this complexity also makes it exceptionally challenging for people to truly understand me, resulting in a life that, in many ways, has been lonely because no one really understands the real me.
